HDL Cholesterol is a reagent kit used for the determination of HDL-cholesterol based on enzymatic homogenous method.
Principle:
The method is based on a modification of classic co precipitation methods using optimized amounts of polyvinyl sulfonic acid (PVS) and polyethylene glycol methyl ether (PEGME) associated to selective surfactants.
